Barbara Bowes

Transferring her skills and experience as a teacher and education consultant to the world of business, Barbara J. Bowes was successful in building a large and highly respected management consulting fi rm specializing in human resources. Today, she is known as a human resource leader, author, trainer, executive coach, and mentor. Over the course of her career, Barbara wrote a human resource/career column for the Winnipeg Free Press, hosted a weekly radio show, and was a regular guest on the local CJOB radio station. A continuous learner, Barbara became certifi ed in a number of human resource and proprietary operational strategies. She has also served as a school trustee and contributed her time to various not-for-profi t boards.
